Whatever business you're in, you won't get very far if you don't engage with your customers. After all, they are the reason you're in business. Here at Lands' End Business, we're proud to help our customers build their brands with logo'd apparel. In fact, when we see our customers succeed, it makes our effort all the more worthwhile. It's why, over the years, we've shared many of our customers' stories, most recently in our Behind The Logo video and feature article series as well as right here on our blog. We're grateful to outfitting partners such as Force 5 in South Bend, Indiana, for allowing us to visit their office, tell the story of their firm and share their insights into brand marketing—and how logo'd clothing is an essential part of a successful brand. In fact, Force 5 recommends branded apparel to their clients.
Just a few months ago, we were closer to home in Middleton, Wisconsin, with engineering and architectural consultants, Mead & Hunt. They shared with us how important branded apparel is to their business and helps their team make the right impression on the job.
However, our customers don't just work in offices. The Towbes Group employs maintenance and construction workers as well as office staff at their real estate management and construction business based in Santa Barbara, California. And logo'd shirts and tees are part of the uniform at Q Daddy's Pitmaster BBQ, a fun, fast-paced family restaurant in Smithfield, Virginia.

We're not only grateful to our customers for purchasing our logo'd apparel, but also because we learn so much from them, which in turn helps us improve our business. It's another reason why we love to shine a spotlight on clients and help promote their brands as well as ours. If you think your company or organization has a great story to share, we'd love to hear from you, through our website or on Facebook or LinkedIn. Perhaps you could be our next Behind The Logo feature!
