Here at Lands' End Business, almost all of us know someone who has been affected by breast cancer, either as a patient, survivor or family member. It's one of the reasons we're teaming up with the Breast Cancer Research Foundation to bring you the Pink Thread™ Project. Now through October 31, for every pink embroidered icon or monogram added to Lands' End Business apparel and accessories, Lands' End will donate 75% of the $5.95 logo fee to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation.
Just this week, one of our customers—General Fasteners Company (GFC) of Livonia, Michigan—shared with us how they are supporting the Pink Thread™ Project. GFC has added an embroidered pink ribbon and pink company logo to their outfitting options.
Marketing Specialist Jan Wingfield writes: "The employees at General Fasteners Company (GFC) care deeply about helping our neighbors and others in need. One of our annual causes is to support an organization making progress in the mission to end breast cancer. This year, GFC has selected Lands’ End's Pink Thread™ Project, benefiting the Breast Cancer Research Foundation. Any employee that orders a pink ribbon on the garments they purchase will be reimbursed. We look forward to many employees participating and supporting the Pink Thread™ Project."
We're honored to give our business customers a way to support breast cancer research, and we'd love to hear how your brand is helping this vital cause during Breast Cancer Awareness Month and beyond.
